OSF works towards fostering scientific temper among local communities. It is a youth lead team for enhancing science communication activities through the empowerment of young people. OSF started its journey as an aspiring group of science graduates, who wish to take science to the streets and villages. Within a short span of time we were able to build a strong network of aspiring individuals and to reachout to thousands of teenagers and youngsters.

OSF’s prime goal of bringing science and technology to rural and poor students has highly helped in the development of our school. Our school has traveled together with OSF on many creative events including field trips, science events, skywatch and online competitions. They make all the events unforgettable for students and give them confidence that they can learn science outside the classroom.

Open space foundation is a platform for teachers and students to explore lot of things about space engineering. Its really appreciable that OSF is working mainly for the upliftment of government school children.
OSF opened a new window to Space Programs. In Dec 2017 I won the Title in International Teaching Competition conducted by European Space Agency. During May 2018 we teachers got a chance to visit Thumba Space Station In Oct 2018 our school student Devaguru got a chance to visit Thumba Space Station. Through that our school obtained many benefits. Through OSF, Govt school children have very good opportunity to learn about Space, which is an unknown domain to them.
